We have been learning about the word sub. Sub means under or below and when we out it with a word it changes the meaning to that.

• We took the ‘Subway’ to get across the city really fast! It’s a long tunnel where people walk underground.

• The ice cream was so cold it felt almost ‘Subzero’, like winter in my mouth! ❄️

• When you ‘Subtract’ 5 from 10, you get 5.

My best moments on camp were?… 

When I was making my tent and setting it up. It was cool to do it because when we were finished we got to sleep in it.

What did I find challenging in camp?…

The challenging thing was sleeping in a tent because I slept on a couple of roots. It was cold and hot at the same time it wasn’t comfortable at all.

How did I show my MANA at camp?…

I helped Apii to see at night in the Tent with my torch. And I helped him to go to sleep.

What actives would you like to do again?…

I’d like to do the Flying Kiwi again because you go up and makes you feel like your flying. I also would like to sleep in a tent again because it was fun. I would also want to go Kayaking again because it was easy to control and I could ride it pretty easily.

What were you most proud of at camp?…

I was proud of myself because it was very hard to put the swim suits on and I managed to do it. I was very proud of myself.
